Let's be real. Regardless of your budget or planning skills, you've probably imagined your wedding day - some of you since you were a child. 

When you imagined it, were you standing on the side of mountain looking out on to a valley or lake below you? Were you standing on the Salt Flats at sunset with nothing but the gorgeous sky and the sand between your toes? Were you standing on the grounds of an ancient castle that's been there for hundreds of years with incredible history surrounding you?

Now that you've thought about where, what about the guests? Does it bring you the most joy thinking about having your closest friends and family are there? Or does it thrill you to ditch the stress of other people being there and it just being you and the love of your life?

Once you've thought that through, think about the things that you and your other half love. Is it getting up and cooking breakfast together? Is it going for a simple walk or an adventurous hike? Or maybe even it's a picnic by a waterfall.
